Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Vigilos platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Vigilos is an AI-native analytics platform that provides conversational analytics, interactive dashboards, automated reports, Slack integration, and workflow automations. The Service connects to your existing databases and uses AI to answer questions about your data.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Each organization may maintain one account per workspace.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

• You own your data. Vigilos does not claim ownership of any data in your databases.
• We access your database only to execute queries that you or your team members initiate through the Service.
• Database credentials are encrypted and used solely to establish connections on your behalf.

• Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) - you may provide your own AI provider API keys (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock). Usage of third-party AI services is subject to that provider's terms of service.
• Managed AI - queries processed through Vigilos-managed AI infrastructure are not used to train AI models. We do not sell or share your query data with third parties.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Access the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers) without prior written consent.

When you connect Vigilos to your Slack workspace, the Vigilos bot responds to mentions and commands in channels where it is invited. You control which channels have access to Vigilos. We only process messages that directly mention or are directed at the Vigilos bot.

• Pricing is as displayed on vigilos.co/pricing at the time of subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, particularly during the beta period. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance windows.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vigilos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your database credentials are permanently deleted and access to the Service is revoked. You may export your dashboards and reports prior to termination.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The governing law and jurisdiction for these Terms will be determined upon incorporation and updated here accordingly.
